Chamber Bylaws
The Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral is operating as a
non-profit. Therefore, it is not the Chamber's function to accumulate assets
for distribution to the leadership or its members. Being that it does have a
corporate status, it is required and expected to accumulate assets to
achieve its annual "Program of Work", which incorporates the tenets of the
mission and vision of the Chamber as well as it's Board of Directors
responsibility.
