Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa is hosting an extravagant holiday brunch, Easter egg hunts, and several family activities throughout the weekend.
The Easter brunch will take place at Tanglewood, A Southern Kitchen on Sunday, March 31 between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites including a pancake station, made-to-order omelets, and house-made pastries. It will also provide gourmet salads, fresh seafood selections including oysters and sushi, and a pasta station with lobster ravioli and butternut squash ravioli. Diners also have access to a carving station with a slow-roasted peppered prime rib, an Easter ham, and a roasted leg of lamb. Additionally, the meal includes several house-made desserts including carrot cake, a lemon blueberry meringue tart, vanilla bean panna cotta, and an ice cream sundae station with a variety of toppings and sauces.
The holiday meal is $110 for adults, $55 for children between the ages of five and 12, and children ages four and younger dine free. Each adult guests receives a complimentary mimosa upon arrival. Reservations are requested and can be made by visiting OpenTable.com.
In addition to the Easter meal, the resort will provide several activities on Sunday, March 31 including three separate Easter egg hunts for different age groups. The Easter egg hunt for children ages two and younger will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the Adventure Pool deck, the egg hunt for children between the ages of three and six will take place at 10:45 a.m. in the Cypress Courtyard, and children ages seven through 12 will hunt for eggs in the Royal Palm Courtyard at 11 a.m.
Guests staying overnight on Easter weekend can enjoy a schedule of fun activities ranging from bunny scavenger hunts and a magic show to a special meet and greet with the Easter bunny. At the meet and greet, the Easter Bunny will take photos with families and provide special Easter baskets for children filled with holiday candy, toys, and goodies. The limited availability Easter baskets are $35 each and must be reserved in advance by visiting the hotel’s front desk.
