The Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch will be served between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 14 in the hotel’s Tanglewood restaurant. The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites ranging from made-to-order eggs and omelets to freshly prepared pancakes and house-made pastries.  Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh seafood including poached jumbo shrimp and oysters, a selection of sushi and sashimi, gourmet salads, and a selection of local charcuterie.  The meal also includes a variety of entrée options including a carving station with slow-roasted peppered prime rib, a burbon brown sugar glazed ham, and a 48 hour “Blue Moon” brined turkey breast. The dessert selections will feature a blueberry lemon meringue tart, double chocolate mousse cake, berry tiramisu, French macarons, cream puffs, chocolate truffles, and much more. Additionally, dinner at Tanglewood will be available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will be offering an a la carte menu and a prime rib Special.

The holiday brunch is $125 for adults, $45 for children between the ages of five and twelve, and children four and younger dine free.  Tax and a gratuity of 20 percent will be added to each check.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (239) 390-4290.
