Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa announces a special Mother’s Day brunch for guests and the local community.

The holiday meal will take place in the resort’s newly-renovated, Tanglewood - A Southern Kitchen on Sunday, May 12 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The menu will feature a breakfast station with made-to-order omelets and pancakes, with a variety of toppings. It will also provide a salad buffet, a selection of charcuterie with artisan cheese and smoked and cured meats, and fresh seafood options ranging from smoked trout and sushi rolls to oysters and jumbo shrimp.

 

Additionaly dining selections include a carving station with slow-roasted prime rib, bourbon brown sugar-glazed ham, 48-hour “Blue Moon” brined turkey breast with a bitter orange glaze. Guests can also build their own poke bowls with salmon, tuna, and tofu options, as well as customized pasta dishes with a variety of add-ons including roasted peppers, carmelized onions, mushrooms, sausage, and more. Dessert selections including strawberry shortcake, French macarons, red velvet cake, tiramisu, and a cream puff station.

The meal is $110 for adults and $55 for children between the ages of five and 12. Children four and younger dine free. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the resort or visiting OpenTable.
