Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is hosting a special Mother’s Day champagne brunch for guests and local residents at its Tanglewood restaurant between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. 

The Champagne Brunch’s menu will feature breakfast favorites with made to order omelets, bacon, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, as well as a charcuterie display and a selection of entrees. Guests can also enjoy gourmet salads, smoked salmon, fresh poached jumbo shrimp, maki and nigiri sushi rolls, and a stir fry and dim sum station holiday meal will also feature a special buffet for children, as well as an assortment of house-made desserts ranging from red velvet cake and a French silk tart to citrus berry shortcake and an ice cream sundae bar.

Entry cost is $125 for adults, $45 for children between the ages of five years old and 12 years old, and children ages four years and younger dine free.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (239) 390-4295.
