Cape Coral, FL (Feb. 27, 2023) – The 12th annual Catch the Vision: Trends, Tips & Forecasting, one of the most anticipated events each year in Cape Coral, is set for March 13, beginning at 6 p.m. The event, where key commercial and residential projects in the city are updated and unveiled will be held at Cape Christian Fellowship Church, located at 2110 Chiquita Blvd.

The event draws hundreds to hear “those in the know” explain mixed-use projects that bring restaurants, retail, housing and specialty business space to Cape Coral, which continues to be one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Prior to the start of the real estate showcase at 6 p.m., there will be a trade show beginning at 4:30 p.m.

The event will be hosted by former Cape Coral City Council member and established Realtor Gloria Tate, along with Billy Johnson, Executive Director of the Lee County Horizon Foundation.

Among the citywide projects expected to be discussed along Cape Coral Parkway are the Cove at 47th, featuring luxury apartments, retail, office space and a parking garage; and Bimini Square, another mixed-use jewel along the Bimini Basin projects. Both promise to become popular venues in the city’s downtown area. Expect new announcements in the SW Pine Island Rd quadrant as well as NE Cape along with other surprise announcements of new developments planned for the city. Public safety updates on the new police and fire department training facilities will also be presented.

“The event always attracts the “Who’s Who” of the real estate industry, developers and people interested in learning about the exciting commercial and residential developments coming to the city. Residents are encouraged to attend and learn more about their city,” Tate said.

Tickets to Catch the Vision are $20, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Cape Coral Caring Center. For tickets and additional information, visit catchthevisioncapecoral.com.
