Leadership Cape Coral is an immersive 13-week program designed to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the infrastructure that powers our city. Participants will engage with local leaders, tour exclusive facilities, discover ways to support the community, and build lasting connections with fellow classmates—all while becoming part of an elite network of engaged citizens.
Organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, this program cultivates a growing pool of leaders who share a common vision and understanding of the city’s future.
Each session includes dynamic forums, seminars, and field trips tailored to explore the challenges and opportunities facing tomorrow’s leaders. The program kicks off in August and concludes with a graduation ceremony in November. While some of the sessions below may change, each day from 8am – 5pm should be planned for leadership days.
