Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is hosting a special Valentine’s Day dinner at its newly-renovated Tarpon Bay restaurant.

The Valentine’s Day meal will be available on Wednesday February, 14 between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. It will feature a four-course pre fixe menu starting with an amuse bouche of smoked trout caviar, followed by the first course serving of a burrata cheese with blueberry compote, and a second course serving of a leafy green’s salad with a spicy pecan vinaigrette.

The entrée will feature a “Surf & Turf” serving of a six-ounce filet and lobster tail. The holiday meal will conclude with a chocolate strawberry tart shell filled with dark chocolate crème brûlée topped with a strawberry mouse.
