What you’ll do:

As a Relationship Banker, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with your customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. In this dual role, you will contribute to the success of the branch by:

• Building lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations

• Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs

• Operating a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up

• Opening accounts, performing account maintenance and assisting customers with digital products

• Recognizing potential fraud and other risks

• Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing

• Helping support community and bank events

Sunshine State Plumbing is a family-owned, Jacksonville based Plumbing Contractor focused in Multifamily New Construction throughout 6 states in the Southeast as well as Residential New Construction and Service throughout Northeast Florida. Since our inception in 2003, we have grown into one of the largest Plumbing Contractors in the Southeast with the help of our nearly 200 valued employees, some of whom have been with us for over 20 years!

As we continue to expand our Multifamily Department, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Superintendent to join our team in the Cape Coral & Ft Myers, FL area.

Experience and Requirements:

– Licensed Master or Journeyman Plumber

– Experience as a team leader – minimum 5 years

– Extensive knowledge of Plumbing codes, equipment, and installation practices

– Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through abilities

– Ability to read blue prints

– Ability to pass drug test and have a clean driving record

– Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Project Manager, CAD Designer, Plumbers, Purchasing Department, Job Administrators, other trades, and General Contractor

– Have at least 5 years of Multifamily Plumbing Experience (with at least 1 year as a superintendent)

– Managing the ordering of materials to make sure project is keeping up with schedule

– Managing the labor costs to stay within budget

– Able to document various items throughout the job including, but not limited to: change orders, delays caused by others, damages caused by others

– Prepare paperwork including, but not limited to: payroll, daily/weekly reports, billing, new hire paperwork, documents already listed above.

– Team attitude and pride of having a job completed on schedule that is profitable

The Sanctuary Golf Club, a prestigious Member-owned private golf club located on Sanibel Island, FL is looking to hire a full time, year-round golf course Irrigation Manager.

Our Green and Grounds team assists in the appearance and safety of the world-renowned Sanctuary Golf Course, bordered by a wildlife refuge and surrounded by nature preserves, lakes and mangrove forests.

The Irrigation Manager is responsible for the health of the golf course turf as it relates to the use of the irrigation system and irrigation practices.

We are looking for a motivated and professional staff member who will provide the highest level of service and golf course conditioning to our Membership!

Operational hours for this role typically begin at 5:30 a.m. and include shortened, rotating weekend workdays. Flexibility required to meet the demands of irrigation and golf course needs.

Requirements

Designs, implements and maintains mechanical and electrical components of course irrigation system.
Reviews the golf course daily for irrigation needs, while accepting input from Director of Green and Grounds and Golf Course Superintendent.
Reviews the golf course, Clubhouse and common ground areas daily for irrigation needs, while accepting input from Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
Communicates irrigation needs to management and makes daily scheduling of systems as results of course review and their input.
Repairs irrigation system as needed for proper operation in a timely manner.
Maintains parts inventory for needed repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
Purchases irrigation parts and supplies while communicating with Superintendent on parts and supplies needed.
Performs monthly well and pump water usage reports.
Supervises crews for special projects, as necessary.
Performs other tasks assigned by the Director of Green and Grounds or Golf Course Superintendent.

Experienced Required

Education, Experience and Requirements Previous irrigation/irrigation management experience, including preventive maintenance, repairs, parts/equipment purchasing. Minimum education is high school diploma, turf management degree or irrigation certificate preferred. Formal training in system electrical, computer skills and diagnostics required, regardless of previous experience. Knowledge of tools, methods and materials used in grounds maintenance work. Ability to safely and efficiently operate golf course equipment and special project use equipment. Required to be accessible via cellphone for emergency irrigation needs, including after regularly scheduled work hours and on weekends. Demonstrate positivity, helpfulness and friendliness while working with teammates and when interacting with Members. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, dependable and flexible availability to work 40+ hours.
