As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Store Lead.

Position Overview: The Store Lead at Grazing Haus will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This dynamic individual will lead a team of board artists, delivery and inventory specialists, and other staff members, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the owner and CEO, the Store Lead will play a key role in implementing strategies to increase sales, including community outreach, marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations at Grazing Haus, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

Lead and motivate a team of board artists, delivery and inventory specialists, and other staff members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.

Collaborate with the owner and CEO to develop and implement strategies for sales growth, including community outreach, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.

Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals and objectives.

Take ownership of ordering all products for the store, managing inventory levels, and scheduling staff according to business needs.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with various projects and tasks assigned by management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the retail or hospitality industry preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Overview: The Part-time Social Media Specialist at Grazing Haus will play a crucial role in creating engaging content and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for filming, editing, and posting content, as well as working closely with management to develop and implement social media strategies and initiatives. This is an in-house position, and software and computers will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities:

Create and curate visually appealing content for Grazing Haus’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, photos, and other multimedia content to showcase our products, promotions, and events.

Collaborate with management to develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community on our social media platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva). Strong creative skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and our deliveries are conducted efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be organized, timely, and possess excellent driving skills, along with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

Conducting all deliveries for Grazing Haus, ensuring timely and safe transportation of products to customers and vendors.

Managing errands and shopping trips to fulfill inventory needs for the store, including purchasing supplies and ingredients.

Counting and recording all inventory at the shop on a daily basis to maintain accurate stock levels.

Utilizing company-provided vehicle and work laptop for daily tasks.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and workspaces.

Collaborating with the store management team to prioritize deliveries and coordinate schedules.

Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and conducting deliveries.
