Hope Clubhouse Unit Generalists are responsible for the support and engagement of members in all aspects of unit and clubhouse operations, according to Clubhouse International philosophy. The position is responsible for professionally interfacing with members, supporting member integration and progress, and building and maintaining relationships with community partners. In collaboration with other staff and members, the Generalist will assist Clubhouse members with participation in meaningful work and building meaningful relationships. With the primary objective of assisting members in developing and attaining specific employment, vocational, educational, housing, and/or social goals. The generalist will act as an advocate for the member with social service agencies and other entities. All Clubhouse staff share duties of employment, housing, evening/weekend/holiday, and other unit responsibilities.

Experienced Required

While we prefer 1 year of social service or customer service experience, we are open to recent graduates and other relevant experience. Entry level, no problem. Our generalists pay range, dependent on education and experience, is $37,000-$42,000 with very generous PTO and benefits. The population we work with requires that all staff be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Hepatitis A (exemptions on a case-by-case basis, as recommended by CDC).

Statement of Purpose: The Human Resource Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) for CAN’s for-profit companies.
