Pure Green is excited to announce the opening of the first location in Southwest Florida.
Located at 2390 Surfside Shops near Starbucks and Club Palates in Cape Coral, the official grand opening will take place August 19–20-21, 2022.
The location is locally owned by Brad Weiss and Michael Holmes who moved to Cape Coral full time during the onset of the pandemic in March 2020.
Brad grew up vacationing in the area with his grandparents who made Cape Coral their winter home. He has always had fond memories of the area and knew one day it would be home.
Pure Green’s mission is to bring healthy superfoods into communities making them more accessible. The menu includes handcrafted smoothies, açaí and pataya bowls, cold pressed juices and shots, along with an oatmeal and toast line.
Brad has previous experience operating Subway, TCBY, and Mrs Field’s cookies franchises in the Cincinnati market, and is looking forward to becoming more involved in the Cape Coral community. The location will staff 15-20 hospitality positions.
Michael, who is originally from Findlay, Ohio, has also had previous experience working in retail and waiting tables as he was completing his undergraduate degree. He’s equally excited about the Pure Green shop as he loves the products and says, “I am really opening this up so that I can enjoy the Banana Nut Smoothie on a regular basis along with the Pure Green açaí bowl!”
